Armenia is a country with a lot of technological backlog, mainly in the area of transport and infrastructure. Because the municipality of the city of Yerevan wants to completely tackle the extremely poor public transport system, I have created an entire corporate identity for the public transport system in Yerevan on my own initiative. ԵՏԸ (Երևանի Տրանսպորտային Ընկերություն) "Yerevani Transportayin Y'nkeruthyun" translates into English as Yerevan's Transport Company. An important symbol in the corporate identity is the lion with the sword, which is the lion from the coat of arms of Yerevan and it is no coincidence that it is pink. Not because it fits the corporate identity, but because Yerevan is also called the 'pink city', because the buildings are mainly built of pink tuff. I have not only made a corporate identity manual for this, but I am working on a whole book about Yerevan's Transport Company in Armenian. The book consists of 3 parts divided over 23 chapters (the number of chapters can change). The first part is about design and corporate identity, the second part about the problems in the city and the necessary solutions for them and the last part is about planning and urban development in my vision. At the moment I am over 250 pages.
